Return Policy
Withers Co. Return & Issue Policy
At Withers Co., many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive an item that you believe has a defect, damage, or error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can review the issue and determine the best solution.
We want you to love what you receive, so if something isn’t right, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
Please note:
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Concerns or complaints must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Items reported after the 14-day window may not be eligible for replacement or review.
Any approved replacements will be handled at the discretion of Withers Co.
